Kim Walker will continue to head the group, along with Nora Stransky.

Enhances Agency Advantage Professional Liability Program for p-c agencies with revenues under $10 million. Changes include abbreviated application process, rapid online rating tool for preferred brokers, diminishing deductible, wrongful employment practice reimbursement, security incident protection, expanded coverage definition, and more extended reporting period options due to death, disability or retirement. Navigators underwrites program through Aon’s Affinity subsidiary. >> Jennifer Oswald joins as VP of health and benefits in Portland and lead client consultant. She was senior consultant at Mercer. >> LeAnne McCorry promoted to national managing principal and executive chairman of Aon Risk Solutions in Detroit, and Carol Williams named as resident managing director and CEO of Detroit office. McCorry will lead a national team to deliver growth in high-net-worth personal lines and executive benefits.

ASSURE SPACE
This new agency has entered partnerships with private equity firm Auster Capital Partners and Space Florida, the state’s spaceport authority and aerospace economic development agency, to provide launch and in-orbit insurance to satellite operators worldwide. Richard Parker, former space underwriter and tech director at Axa Space, leads agency. Other team members are Jean-Michel Eid, Bruce Kraselsky, and Robert Mazer. Assure Space is developing new products for assembly and maintenance of orbital facilities, transportation of cargo and crew, spaceport operations, space tourism, and more.

Arrowhead General Insurance Agency acquires Zurich Insurance’s book of automobile aftermarket business, effective Oct. 1. About 170 Zurich employees will become employed by Arrowhead. Adam Johnson, head of Zurich’s aftermarket business, will join Arrowhead and lead the program. The companies have a 15-year relationship and will continue to collaborate on product development, systems improvement and marketing.
