He moves from Willis’s Financial Institutions Industry practice. >> Aon launches Inpoint, an advisory services provider for carriers focused on markets, internal processes and pricing using data and tools from Aon proprietary sources. Michael Moran, Cynthia Beveridge, Paul Galvin, Jesper Groenvold and Steven Kauderer lead the effort. >> Aon agrees to buy Carpenter Moore, whose western district business was already bought by Woodruff-Sawyer. Aon will collaborate on the development and distribution of the annual Carpenter Moore benchmarking survey.

Reorganizes governance structure. Chairman and CEO James Crystal will head a new executive committee that will manage the firm’s operations and guide long-term strategy.
